Knitting stuff and going on and on.

Turn the sound up and listen close.

This commercial cracks me up and brings to mind someone I know.

To say that Newfoundland has it's own language would not be far off in some cases. Not all Newfoundlanders talk like that, but there are some.

Edited to Add: SP, the CBC used to put subtitles on NL interviewees? That is the funniest thing I've heard all day! Eh, B'y!!
Kristy, Canada is the best place on Earth to live.

  • I just heard about this commercial on the radio before I got home and you have it on here, ha! It's great!

  • I love that ad...and I understand every word even though I've never been to Newfoundland. I guess just being from the East Coast helps.

  • That's a great ad. You know, between you and several other Canadian knitbloggers I've gotten to know lately, I'm falling more and more in love with Canada in general. I'm going to have to start planning a trip...
