Friday's dog and Saturday's Sky
Friday night there was a moon dog off to the right of the moon. Can you see it?
No, okay, an auto colour adjust, auto exposure adjust, auto contrast adjust and an auto levels adjust later and look, there it is. It was way cooler in real life, but my beloved camera just doesn't like night shots.
This morning dawned bright and clear with very little wind. I think the snow and ice are going to take a real cutting today. They've already gone down quite a bit and we just may be swimming by May. Probably not comfortably though.

What an incredible shot! Especially for a camera that does not like taking night shots. Somehow I have never known what a dog moon was. I am off to do some reading. Thanks for the cool post.

Impressive shots of the moon. I have a hard time capturing the moon. Love the kitty shots in other posts.
