Yawn.
This is what progress on 220 sts looks like.
To be fair, I might be farther along if I hadn't finished and submitted three assignments and tried to keep children reasonably quiet while indoors so the Mr. could study like mad for three exams. He is going to get his M license. That means that right now, he is qualified to work on and sign off on (If a AME signs off on his work, the plane can fly. If he/she doesn't, no flying) everything to do with wiring and electronics. After he gets his M license, he will be able to sign off on all mechanical work too. Apparently there are not very many people with two licenses. Now if only he was better at Sheet Metal. Then he would be one of about 40 in the entire world able to work on and sign out an entire airplane. Alas, he compares his ablity with sheet metal to his abilty to give birth. :-D We all have our stengths and that is not one of his. If he gets this license, it means a promotion and a raise with it. Since things aren't getting any cheaper around here, we need it. Please say a prayer and send good memory vibes his way!
Taking this out to feel it up and admire it a lot might be part of the hold up too. Maybe.
Some one loves her the Cinderella movie. Here she is singing "Bing sweet righting gale..." I love that she is messing up the lyrics. She's like her Mother that way. I've massacared many a song lyric in my day. ("Sing Sweet Nightingale" is what the Stepmother is trying to teach the Stepsisters and Cinderella sings it while she is washing the floor.) Apparently you must be washing the floor while you sing this song.
Manise? Are you out there? Your sock yarn and needles are still waiting for a home. If I don't hear from you by Sunday morning, I'm going to have to redraw. The yarn is lonely and giving me sad-adopt-me-puppy eyes.

Hey, all the very best wishes to the Mr., I'm sending all the positive vibes I can over from here! Fingers crossed!
And, that washing-the-floor thing while singing the song is just perfect - could you send your little one over that she'll wash mine as well? :)) Such a sweet little thing she is, looking so busy on that pic! Oh, and the yarn, the colors! Great!

What a sweetheart! Love the photo... I can just hear her little voice.
Groan! Isn't it amazing how much longer rows take with more stitches? But isn't it also amazing that we don't clue in, and get impatient looking for progress? Silly, but true.
Congratulations on submitting the assignments. Big job!
